Information executive magazine CIO has announced a number of changes to staff positions. Laurianne McLaughlin has been promoted to managing editor, up from senior news editor. Shane O’Neill has been promoted to senior editor, up from senior writer. Al Sacco has been promoted to senior writer, up from staff writer. In addition, senior editor Tom Wailgum has left the publication.
