The Mobile Marketing Association (MMA) announced that its global CEO and president, Mike Wehrs, will resign effective 12/31/09. After leading the association for the past year, Mike will now take on the role of special advisor to the MMA Global Executive Committee until June 30, 2010, to ensure a smooth transition. MMA Global Chairman Federico Pisani Massamormile will serve as interim CEO. The MMA Board will begin an immediate search for a new leader, which will be managed by a recruiting committee comprised of board members.
