Lauren Robinette is now the senior analyst for ACG Research’s Managed Services/Cloud segment. Lauren’s responsibilities include providing ACGs clients with business intelligence on managed services trends and their impact on the overall telecom and Managed Service/Cloud market space. She will also focus on cloud computing and the impact of changing purchase behaviors of customers buying services over products. Her experience includes launching and managing programs for HP, Avaya, Symantec, Cisco, Fortinet and her own start up.
