Telecom Engine/M2M Zone – Amy Kucharik has joined Telecommunications Media Group as Managing Editor. Her areas of coverage include mobile backhaul, wireless communications technologies, and M2M. Previously, Amy worked as a freelance editor and writer, during which time she helped create a new philanthropy website for the Bridgespan Group. Prior to that, she was an Editor at TechTarget since 2002. During her time in TechTarget’s Networking Media Group, Amy covered open source software, network management and VoIP, and oversaw all content on SearchNetworking and SearchNetworkingChannel. Amy also launched the group’s blog, “The Network Hub,” and contributed “The IT Guy,” SearchNetworking.com’s own IT cartoon. Amy will be taking on the responsibilities of former associate editor Chris Snow who has recently left the publication.
