Engadget – Editors Joanna Stern and Chris Ziegler have left the publication. Joanna had been with Engaget since 2009, she previously worked at Gizmodo and LAPTOP Magazine. Chris was with the publication for five years. Additionally, Tim Stevens was appointed editor in chief. He most recently served as the automotive editor and has been writing for the blog since May 2008. A total of six editors have recently departed from Engadget following the site’s acquisition by media giant AOL who also owns TechCrunch and The Huffington Post, although each deny this being a factor in their decision to call it quits.
