Tim Hills, freelance telecommunications writer and journalist and Analyst at Large for Heavy Reading will be retiring at the end of the year. Over the past 30 years, Tim has held analyst and editorial position with a number of companies in the communications industry. These have included: Senior Analyst at Analysys Research, Editor of Communications International and Executive Editor of Electronics Letters. His replacement has not been named.
