Matthew Vartabedian has been promoted to the position of Vice President. He previously served as a research director for the Enterprise Wireless and Mobile flexible subscription service. Matt joined iGR in November 2002 as a senior analyst. Prior to joining iGR, Matt was senior editor with Telecom Business.
