Jessica Sibley will serve as senior VP-worldwide publisher of BusinessWeek, overseeing print and digital ad sales. Carl Fischer will be VP-global marketing and communications, and Tania Secor will have an expanded finance role with Bloomberg News as VP-finance that will include Bloomberg Markets and BusinessWeek. Most personnel decisions are expected to be made by Nov. 20. Bloomberg expects to retain a majority of Businessweek’s employees.
