Former Forrester Research vice president and technology analyst Elizabeth Herrell joined the Constellation Research Group as a member and contributing analyst. Her areas of coverage include Unified Communications (UC) and Collaboration, Contact Center infrastructure and applications, Interactive Voice Response/Voice Portals, IP telephony, voice and data convergence and Communication services and outsourcing.
