ACG Research – Chris Nicoll has been named Principal Analyst. Chris will lead ACG’s mobility practice services and syndicated programs, which includes mobile infrastructure, service provider WiFi and service provider VoIP services. Previously, Chris was a member of the Yankee Group Research Council and was chartered with the responsibility of providing thought leadership to the research organization. Chris’s expertise involves working with customers to establish competitive positioning in their markets and to gain and maintain a leadership position. Chris also previously led the Telecom Infrastructure team at Current Analysis, where he developed a global analyst team, as well as oversaw consulting engagements and managed client relationships.
