Prestige Media Ltd (PML), VanillaPlus’ parent company, has announced the launch of a new magazine, M2M Now that will serve the global market for connected devices and machine-to-machine communications. Former Editor of VanillaPlus, Jeremy Cowan will take on the role of Launch Editor of M2M Now. The first issue of M2M Now is timed to appear at Mobile World Congress 2011 in February. The publication will target a wide range of industries, including healthcare, transport and automotive, manufacturing, retail, logistics, and utilities. A dedicated M2M Now web portal will go live sometime in the near future. Replacing Jeremy as Editor is a long-time contributor to VanillaPlus, George Malim. In addition, George will be supported by new Contributing Editor, Mark Dye.
