Billing & OSS World – Tim McElligott has left his position as Editor-in-Chief at Virgo Publishing after more than four years. Previously, he was a Senior Editor at the now defunct Telephony. Tim’s replacement at B/OSS World has not yet been named. He is currently working as a freelance writer covering science and technology. Billing & OSS World is seen by 25,000 monthly unique visitors.
