Associated Press – John Simons has joined the Associated Press in New York as technology and media editor. He comes from Black Enterprise Magazine, where he served as editorial director for personal finance since June 2010. He also has previously served as a technology writer for Fortune magazine. AP serves 1,700 newspapers and 5,000 radio and television outlets in the United States as well as newspaper, radio and television subscribers internationally.
