Publisher Howard Mittman has been promoted to vice president, he will take on the responsibilities of this role in addition to his current duties as publisher. Howard has served as publisher or Wired since February 2009. Before that, he served as associate publisher. Prior to joining Wired, Howard worked in the advertising departments of Popular Science and the now-defunct Mutual Funds.
