Broadband and networking expert Charles Carr has joined the firm as a senior analyst covering enterprise network services, including MPLS, IP VPN, VPLS, E-LINE, E-LAN and Metro Ethernet. In this role, Charles will put his more than 15 years of industry forecasting experience to work with Yankee Group’s data products, enhancing analysis of enterprise connectivity. Charles comes to Yankee Group from Open Automation Strategies, Inc., where he was a principal consulting analyst responsible for telecom industry market research and consultancy for product development. Previously, he worked as a principal analyst at Gartner.
