Landoline retires from Omdia: Longtime industry analyst Ken Landoline (@klandoline) has retired from Omdia, where he focused on telecom, customer engagement and contact center technology. Prior to joining Ovum (now Omdia) in 2016, Ken held analyst positions at Current Analysis and Yankee Group. He also has held voice telephony positions at global companies like Siemens, Fujitsu America, and ITT Worldcom.
