Doug Allen is the new senior editor for the Virgo Publishing magazine. He will be covering the IT and telecom indirect sales channels. Doug has 12 years experience covering telecommunications as a journalist and analyst. Most recently, he was a senior editor at Telecommunications Magazine (now Telecom Engine), which covers the telecom carrier marketplace. Previously, he was a senior analyst covering business network solutions for Current Analysis where he covered the IP VPN, VoIP, wireless LAN and Carrier Ethernet service markets. “Bringing Doug on board is part of our larger goal to increase and improve the coverage of the converging IT and telecom channels in PHONE ,” said Khali Henderson, group editor for the Telecom Division at Virgo Publishing and editor-in-chief of PHONE .
