As Director of Operations, Christine oversees critical initiatives such as recruitment, onboarding, process optimization, technical support, resource allocation, vendor management, assistance in financial priorities, and the implementation of operational policies and procedures. She plays an integral role in new business, day-to-day operations, and supporting the CEO with strategic reporting and decision-making. Her passion lies in streamlining operations to create seamless workflows that empower teams and deliver impactful results.
