Tech news site Recode, which launched in 2013 is folding much of its content into Vox.com. The Code conferences, podcasts, and television specials with MSNBC will remain under the Recode brand. However, the site will now operate as a section underneath Vox.com. As part of the move, the site’s editor-in-chief Dan Frommer is leaving to pursue other opportunities. Expect a relaunch of Recode.net on Vox.com early next year. Vox receives 146 million total monthly content views.
