VP of Next Generation Software Systems Ari Banerjee has left his position at Yankee Group to join Heavy Reading as a senior analyst. His areas of coverage include all aspects of BSS, OSS, SDP, digital commerce, revenue assurance, service assurance, and elements that span both the infrastructure and network software markets, such as data warehousing, analytics, and business intelligence.
Nick Holland has joined Yankee Group as a senior analyst covering mobile commerce, payments and security. Most recently, Nick was senior analyst at Aite Group, where he specialized in security, mobile banking and alternative payments. Prior to Aite Group, he was a senior analyst with Pyramid Research, where he focused on mobile content technologies.
