Ken Landoline has joined Current Analysis as Principal Analyst within the Business Technology and Software group. Ken tracks the enterprise unified communications and contact center (UCCC) markets. Prior to joining Current Analysis Ken was VP of Research at Synergy Research Group where he developed services to monitor and measure the global market performance of unified communications and contact center vendors.
