IDC – Elisabeth Rainge has left her position of Research Vice President, NGN Operations at IDC. She had been with the analyst firm since 1994 when she began as a Research Analyst. She most recently covered OSS/BSS, Billing, Subscriber Data Management, Service Delivery Platform, voice infrastructure markets and related software investments by service providers. A replacement has not been named.
