RCR Wireless – Editor, Tracy Ford will be leaving RCR Wireless to join PCIA – The Wireless Infrastructure Association as the new Director of its DAS Forum. The DAS Forum, created in 2006, is a membership group of PCIA dedicated to the development of the DAS component of the nation’s wireless network. Tracy will work with its members on strategies and programs to continue to advance DAS as a viable complement to traditional macro cell sites and a solution to the deployment of wireless services in challenging environments. She will be responsible for outreach to important DAS target markets and will organize DAS Forum conference programming, including the series of “DAS in Action” events. Tracy started with RCR in 1990 as a reporter and has been covering the wireless industry ever since. RCR Wireless reaches more than 60,000 subscribers daily.
