Billing & OSS World – B/OSS, a provider of news and editorial analysis for the telecommunications billing and operations support services software sector, has folded. B/OSS covered mobility, broadband, IP migration, content & media and applications; while operator segments included wireless, cable, CLECs Tier 1s, small and medium telcos and rural operators. Earlier this year, B/OSS was acquired from Virgo Publishing by Informa Exhibitions in an effort to expand its exhibition activities in the United States. Established in 1995, the publication and tradeshow by the same name also changed hands from TeleStrategiesto Virgo in 2007. Billing & OSS World’s editorial team, including Khali Henderson, Craig Galbraith and Kelly Teal, will continue to serve at Informa Exhibitions’ sister publication, Channel Partners.

The Verge – Nitasha Tiku has joined The Verge as a senior writer. She was most recently editor of Valleywag, Gawker’s news and gossip vertical devoted to Silicon Valley. Nitasha joined Gawker in 2013 after two years as a technology senior editor at the New York Observer, overseeing its Betabeat blog. The Verge is read by 3,000,000 people worldwide.

TechCrunch – TechCrunch Radio premiered this week on Sirius XM’s Indie channel, also available online and via Sirius XM’s Internet Radio App. Hosted by TechCrunch East Coast editor John Biggs and TechCrunch reporter Jordan Crook, the hour-long show offers tech news and information on new products, both from start-ups and established companies.The program airs Tuesdays at 6 p.m. ET/3 p.m. PT. TechCrunch serves an online audience of 2,000,000.
