Molly has strategic implementation experience with earned, owned, and paid social media campaigns; mobile/app store marketing; content strategy (blogs to podcasts to Snapchat accounts); search (SEO & SEM); email list/newsletter growth; press generation; and influencer identification and management.
She has managed large-scale audience engagement and social campaigns for recognizable web proprieties which have garnered recognition including a Webby Awards honoree, a “Best in Class” award from Interactive Media Awards, and 10MM+ Facebook followers.
Molly has worked on campaigns in media, publishing, fintech, e-commerce and subscription-based service industries, including leading tentpole campaigns at Forbes, Rice University, Venmo, Hearst, and Book of the Month Club.
She is the author of the social media guidebook Reach Out: The Simple Strategy You Need to Expand Your Network and Increase Your Influence, published by McGraw-Hill in September 2017.
Molly is a frequent speaker on emerging social and digital trends, including speaking at Social Media Week, Tech Up, New York Start-up Institute, Columbia University, and SXSW.
She has also appeared on several morning talk shows and many podcasts, including Hubspot’s The Growth Show. Molly also hosts her own business-focused podcast that made Apple’s “New & Noteworthy” list the month it debuted.
Molly was an invited guest to the White House for their “Women in Business” conference and is a two-time judge at Techweek’s LAUNCH competition. She is also a workshop leader on social media and online visibility for academic intuitions and private companies.

Molly holds a Master of Science in international marketing management from Boston University, as well as an undergraduate degree in business with a dual-focus in finance and entrepreneurship from Northeastern University, where she graduated with honors.
