Marketing and Research Coordinator

Job Description

Calysto is seeking a detail-orientated multi-tasker to become our new part-time Marketing and Research Coordinator. We are looking for someone who is able to work independently and manage his or her daily tasks. Candidate must have at least five years of experience in the areas of project management and research. Candidate will be responsible for a wide range of activities from client work to new business development. Hourly rate to be commensurate with experience.

Desired Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Communications or Business
  • Ability to work independently and/or remotely with availability during standard business hours
  • Understanding of Marketing Communications and its associated services to help account teams support clients
  • Experience in project management
  • Ability to provide in-depth research for clients and Calysto marketing
  • Working knowledge Hubspot/marketing automation and email marketing services
  • Expert level computer skills, specifically Office Suite
