Why We Process Personal Data
Calysto processes personal data on our clients, potential clients and interest groups related to us in order to provide, foster and develop our service offerings, and to maintain other business relationships with individuals in our industries. Personal data is also processed for planning and carrying out our business operations, and, to the extent possible, for maintaining and further developing our business as well as creating added value in it.
Information We Collect
When you use the Site, you may choose to send certain information to Calysto such as your name, company name, job title, email address, and telephone number.
Calysto also collects information which you provide us with such as messages you have sent us, e.g., feedback or a message in our digital channels. Information on event invitations, newsletters and other promotion communication sent to you, as well as event participation information is also collected. In addition, we may use other sources to collect information related to your tasks or position in an organization, such as business networks.
Calysto may also collect other technical information regarding the computer hardware and software that you use to access the Site. This information may include, without limitation, your IP address and domain name, referring Site addresses, user agent strings, browser and operating system types, and access logs including pages visited and times of access.
Calysto may use your information aggregated with that of other Users. In these cases, personal identifying information will be removed, and the aggregate data will be anonymous. This aggregate data shows overall trends in the use of the Site and may be used by Calysto or third parties to improve the Site or for research, analytics, marketing, or other business purposes.

|__hssc||Hubspot||This cookie keeps track of sessions. This is used to determine if we should increment the session number and timestamps in the __hstc cookie. It contains the domain, viewCount (increments each pageView in a session), and session start timestamp.|
|__hssrc||Hubspot||Whenever HubSpot changes the session cookie, this cookie is also set. We set it to 1 and use it to determine if the visitor has restarted their browser. If this cookie does not exist when we manage cookies, we assume it is a new session.|

An “IP Address” is a series of numbers assigned to your computer when you are connected to the Internet. The communication protocols upon which the Internet operates cause Calysto to receive your IP Address every time you access and use the Site. Calysto may retain log files containing your IP Address.
How We Use Your Personal Data
We use your personal data to comply with legal and contractual obligations as well as to provide you with offers, advice and services. The main purpose of our processing of personal data is to be able to give offers as well as documenting, administering and completing tasks for the performance of contracts with our customers. Examples of the performance of a contract included customer service during the contract period, and delivering products, services and invoices.
As a rule, Calysto does not disclose personal data to third parties without your consent. Despite this, we may be required to disclose data on you to third parties in individual situations. We may have, for example, the obligation to disclose personal data to authorities if such disclosure is mandatory under applicable laws.
Calysto may also enter into agreements with third-party service providers and suppliers to deliver complete products, services and customer solutions to its customers. Examples of such suppliers include suppliers of IT development, maintenance, hosting and support, as well as third-party CRM system providers. Service providers and suppliers are generally required to keep confidential the information they receive on behalf of Calysto and generally may not use it for any purpose other than to carry out the services they are performing for Calysto.
Your Privacy Rights
You have rights in respect of personal data Calysto collects and holds on you. You have the right to access your personal data and the right to request the rectification of any erroneous or obsolete data. In certain situations, you also have the right to have your personal data removed, or request that the data be transferred to another controller. Please note that we need your personal data to provide services to you or the company you represent. Calysto may send you electronic direct marketing related to your tasks, if you have not declined such messages. If you do not wish to receive such messages, you may cancel our electronic direct marketing to you by opting out. You have the right to request data protection authorities review any issue relating to our processing or your personal data.
How We Secure Your Data
Calysto abides by good data management practices to ensure the security of your personal data. Calysto and any service providers involved in the processing of personal data take appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect personal data against unauthorized access and processing. However, Calysto cannot guarantee that third parties will not overcome any security measures and gain access to your information for unauthorized purposes. By using the Site, you accept the risk that compromise of and unauthorized access to your information is possible. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Calysto disclaims any warranty or guarantee that your information will be protected from misuse, appropriation, alteration or loss, and you accept the risk of any potential resulting liability.
Who May Use the Site
The Site is not intended for use by children under 13 years of age, and Calysto does not intentionally or knowingly collect personal information from anyone under age 13.
