- Corporate experience includes management positions at Telcordia Technologies (Media Relations Director for OSS/Wireless and Internet software products), Novell (Global Alliance Manager, supporting strategic relationships with Lucent, Avaya, 3Com and Texas Instruments) and Cisco Systems (Manager of Service Provider Services, supporting the launch of a voice-XML unified communications solution)
- Corporate and agency experience includes responsibility for planning and executing a wide range of communications programs including media relations, corporate branding, marketing communications, product launches and employee communications.
- As part of a 3-person account team, provided media relations support for Calysto client NextPoint Networks. Through an aggressive media relations program, raised visibility NextPoint when it was created through the merger of NextTone Communications, the leading software-centric session border controller and session management providers, and Reef Point Systems, the leading mobile access universal convergence gateway provider. As the new company underwent extensive restructuring of its go-to-market strategy (including layoffs, product development outsourcing and changes to its channel programs) the team provided ongoing counsel on announcement positioning, timing and strategy and helped NextPoint successfully complete its exit strategy when it was acquired by gateway leader Genband in September 2008.
- Have provided ongoing and/or project support for a variety of Calysto clients including: Cycle30 (new entrant into the B/OSS market), Entone (market leader in Hybrid TV and Connected Home solutions), General Telecom (major provider of switching and network management services, on and off the cloud) and Sangoma Technologies (premium provider open source and proprietary voice and data connectivity solutions for contact centers, carriers and enterprises to use in leading PBX, IVR, contact center and data-communication applications)
- From 2004 through 2009, provided event support for RADVISION, a $60MM videoconference infrastructure provider. Managed approximately 25 industry events in the U.S. per year for the enterprise and technology business units, including trade shows, conferences, and customer training sessions, corporate parties and sales meetings. Worked with global product marketing, sales and business development to create and implement strategic, innovative and effective communications programs to support each event.
