Crisis communications experience:
Blockbuster (bankruptcy and selling the company were major issues. I managed all employee/executive/internal/partner communications), HP (product, executive departures, acquisitions/mergers were major issues. I managed all internal/external/executive/customer communications), 2 hospitals (one was UT Southwestern, the other one I can't name due to NDA I signed)(Issues were patient/doctor care, major media outlet hated the hospital and then general crisis planning. I created the plans, but handed them over to someone else to execute.), and RightNow Technologies (shareholder lawsuit, 3rd party lawsuits, product recall and investor relations issues. I managed all internal/external/executive communications).
